Browsing and sending a request for a graphic preview or an order, implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy adopted by the site.

These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of goods and the provision of services exclusively for purchases made on the site pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code by:

The user is obliged, before accessing the products and services through the site, to read these Conditions of Sale that are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

The user is invited to download and print a copy of the order form and these General Conditions which M-MANAGEMENT reserves the right to modify unilaterally without notice.


These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, shipment and acceptance of orders to purchase goods and services from M-MANAGEMENT and do not regulate the supply or sale of products/services by subjects other than the seller that are present on the same site through links, banners or other hyperlinks.

Before placing orders and buying products services of different subjects, we recommend that you check the conditions of sale.


By downloading the images, the customer declares to own the same and/or to have the right to use them.

M-MANAGEMENT reserves the right to refuse to carry out vulgar and/or inappropriate customizations.

In case of use of a trademark, the Customer declares to have been authorized by the legitimate owner, assuming all responsibility and expressly relieving M-MANAGEMENT from any third party dispute.

Graphic Processing and Production

The service offered by M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
includes graphic processing and production processes.

In order to avoid any kind of error or dispute, please pay attention to the following information:

VERIFICATION: The final verification of the order confirmation document is the responsibility of the customer.
Particular attention should be paid to the graphic design of the product, the models chosen, the colors, logos, numbering, names and sizes.

PREVIEW: Preview images are considered illustrative. During printing, the proportions of the graphic elements may vary slightly in order to adapt to the model and the sizes of the garments.

PRINTING: The sublimation process is subject to thermal, climatic and environmental conditions.
It is not possible to guarantee the exact reproduction of color shades compared to digital previews, please allow a tolerance of about 15%.
Please also note that in case of reordering, it is not possible to guarantee the exact reproduction of the colors compared to previous productions.

RE-ORDERS: it will be possible to reorder only on the basis of the chart model previously accepted.
There is no minimum amount to respect, you can make the reordering of even a single item.
The timing is to be checked according to the production queue.

COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS : Some complementary commercial products added to the order (such as socks), are not of our production and may have slightly different shades of color from ours.

By confirming the order, you have read and understood the conditions listed above.
Following the acceptance and approval of the graphics, M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. will not be responsible for errors arising from the above conditions.

Termination of the contract

To start a purchase contract you will need to fill out the form in electronic format (Form) and send it with the relevant instructions.

The www.cmaxitaly.com website contains the General Conditions of Sale , information on each service purchased, the payment methods used, the delivery methods of the products purchased and shipping information;
The seller is not responsible for insufficient representations of the products presented. The representations have a purely illustrative function.

Before concluding the contract, the user will be asked to confirm that he has read the General Conditions of Sale including the information on the processing of personal data.

The contract is concluded when the seller receives the correctly completed form from the user, after verifying the correctness of the data contained in it.

The buyer will be required to pay the price at the end of the order data transmission procedure.
This will be done by making the total balance through one of the available payment forms.

Once payment is received, the seller will proceed with the production and shipment of the order.

Product Availability

Product availability refers to availability at the time the buyer places the order.
This availability must in any case be purely indicative as, for the presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other customers before the final order confirmation.

Even after sending the e-mail confirming the order and payment, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods (for example due to lack of raw materials).
In this case, the order may be automatically corrected with the removal of the unavailable product and the buyer will be informed by email.

If the buyer requests the cancellation of the order by terminating the contract, M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L., before a possible refund within 15 days from the moment he becomes aware of the withdrawal decision, reserves the right to check the progress of the production phase for the order in question.
If the order has already been partially or totally produced, the request for withdrawal will be considered void.

Payment methods and prices

The price of the products and services will be visible during the compilation of the Form Create Split.

In case of error, M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. will inform the purchaser within the terms, allowing him to validate the order accurately or cancel it.
In no case will M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. be obliged to supply the product sold at the lower price incorrectly indicated.

The prices of the site do not include VAT and do not include shipping costs.
Prices may be subject to change at any time.
The changes do not affect orders for which the completed Billing Data Form has already been submitted.

Once you have selected the desired products or services, it will be sufficient to first accept the graphic preview, then, follow the purchase instructions, entering and verifying the required information at each stage of the order.
Order details may be subject to change prior to payment.

Payment can be made by:
Bank transfer;
Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards);


“Production” means the period of time that the product ordered takes from when the payment is made until it is entrusted to the shipper.
Shipping times are EXCLUDED from this timeframe.

Production of products will not start until pending payments, if any, are cashed in full.

Although the seller estimates that the delivery will be an approximate date, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the time is an estimate and not a guarantee.

When an order enters the production phase it can no longer be modified in any way.

Shipping and Delivery

“Delivery” means the time taken by orders between the time they are handed over to the shipper and their arrival at the final customer.
Production times are EXCLUDED from this.

1. M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. carries out shipments to all the Italian and foreign territory.

2. M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. may make its deliveries both to the address indicated by the user and to the pick-up points indicated at the time of confirmation of the shipment data.

3. Delivery shall normally take place for the Italian territory within a period of 2 to 4 working days or, if no delivery date is specified, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of dispatch confirmation.

4. As regards the countries of the European Union, the delivery will be made in 5 to 7 working days, in any case within a maximum of thirty days.

5. In non-EU territories, delivery will take approximately 10-15 working days. Any tariffs and customs charges will be borne by the buyer.

6. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the place where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery.

7. If you are unable to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to agree on a new delivery date.

8. If delivery cannot take place due to causes not attributable to us thirty days after the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.

9. As a result of termination, the costs of attempted delivery and return will not be returned. Any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary method, will be totally borne by the buyer.

10. Shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser and shall be explicitly indicated at the time of placing the order.

11. For custom clothing products it will take about 30 working days and in any case no later than 10 weeks after payment.

12. The services will be available online or sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Passing of risk

The risks associated with the products will be transferred to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
Ownership of the products is considered acquired at the time of full payment of all sums due including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this occurs later.

Cancel an Order

An order can be cancelled in the following cases:

1. If the status of your order is not yet in “production”, you can cancel your order.

2. You can send a request for cancellation to cmax@m-management.it indicating the name and data of your order, our operators will check the status of the order and if it is not already advanced we can cancel it.
In this case a percentage equal to 10% of the total amount of the order relating to the management costs will be retained.
If your order is already at a more advanced stage of the graphic processing of printing, that is, the production, it will not be possible in any way to cancel the order.

NB: For custom sportswear, it will not be possible in any way to apply the right of return of the goods.

Warranty and Commercial Compliance

1. The seller shall be liable for any manufacturing defects in the products offered, in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.

2. If the purchaser has concluded the contract as a consumer, that is, any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activity which may be carried out, this warranty is valid provided that the defect occurs within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which the defect was recognized by the latter; that it is reported through a request sent by the “contacts” section of the site or by sending an email to cmax@m-management.it with attached clear photos showing the defect mentioned.

3. In the event of non-compliance, the buyer who has concluded the contract as a consumer shall be entitled to one of the following options:

the restoration of conformity and the repair or replacement of the goods;
the reduction of the price, if it is not possible or excessive to carry out repair or replacement;
upon termination of the contract, if conformity cannot be restored within a reasonable time or the defect cannot be eliminated;

Returns and disputes

1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 days (pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005) starting from the date of receipt of the products.
The right to return will not apply if the services and products of M-MANAGEMENT S.R.L. include the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized (Art. 5 paragraph 3 letter c of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/99)or in the case of products intended for the emergency health Covid-19, or included in the categories of art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

2. The user who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal of the purchase may contact us through the “contacts” section of the site or the mail cmax@m-management.it

3. The article must not have been used and must be returned inside the original packaging, in good condition, suitable for re-sale.
In the absence of these conditions it will not be possible to return and refund/ exchange goods.

4. The costs of return shall be borne by the purchaser.

5. The refund (or exchange of goods) shall be made only after receipt of the package by the seller and after inspection to verify the conditions of return.
You will receive an email as soon as the refund is issued, using the same means of payment chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Do not send the goods before receiving the merchant’s reply by email; failure to reply may significantly delay or even block your request.

It is recommended to ask the courier for a receipt with tracking of the package to provide the merchant with proof of shipment. Similarly, by doing so you can follow the transport of the item until receipt in the stores of the merchant. If the return was made without tracking the package and the merchant does not receive the goods, unfortunately it will not be possible to get a refund.

Data Processing

1. The purchaser’s data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted according to it, without prejudice to any other mandatory rule in force in the country of habitual residence of the purchaser.
Therefore, the interpretation, execution and termination of the Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.

Any dispute concerning and/or resulting from it will be resolved exclusively by the Italian Judicial Authority.
In particular, if the purchaser is a consumer, the dispute must be settled by the court of the place of domicile or residence in accordance with the applicable legislation.
