Minimum quantities for gadgets and items that are not sports uniforms are different. We will let you know the exact minimum quantity based on the supplementary product of your choice.
After successfully filling in the form in the “Create Your Uniform” section, our graphic department will make a free visual preview for you.
Each preview is either made from one of our catalog templates, or from scratch, to create a really unique item. From the time the request is sent, it will take approximately 3-5 business daysto obtain the preview.
Multiple requests from the same team or person will be automatically discarded by the system, so we kindly ask you to be clear when forwarding the project, and to communicate any changes via email to our staff in charge.
Sublimation is a customization technique that allows to print on white garments made of 100% polyester.
This material is ideal for sublimation and for the production of technical clothing and sportswear, because the pores of the fabric do not get clogged. The result is excellent breathability especially in contact with the skin.
The prints are indelible and will not fade with washing.
The sublimation process offers the customer maximum visual freedom; all colors, shades, textures, multi-color logos and photo-quality images can be used.

No, the preview is completely free.
Afterwards, changes can be made until the desired result is achieved.
NB: The preview service is purchase-aimed. If precise details for realization are not provided and/or if we notice that there is no real interest in purchasing the product, the project will be discarded and the preview will not be realized.

No, it is not possible as each product is unique and is designed and created from your taste and graphic preferences.
The minimum quantity you can order is 10 pieces.
From the time of the request, and if the request proves to be serious and detailed through the form on the “Create Your Uniform” page, you’ll receive the preview in 3 to 5 working days.
The production takes approximately 30 days from the receipt of payment and the communication of sizes and names of the players.
Once production is finished, the shipment will be delivered within 24/48hs.
If the products are intended for a particular event on a certain date that has already been set, confirmation should be sought prior to the request for the visual preview to verify wether the request can be met at all. In such case, please enter a mandatory date in the request notes.

Of course it is possible, if the same graphics and pattern confirmed in the visual preview are used.
We are direct manufacturers, so there is no minimum order for re-assortment.
However, we always recommend purchasing a few more items with the primary order because:
sublimation printing is subject to thermal, climatic and environmental variations. In re-assortments, 100% faithful color reproduction from the previous order cannot be guaranteed.

Names, numbers, lettering, logos and basic graphic elements are included in the price of the products you see on the “Create Uniform” form.
An extra fee of € 2.50 (VAT not included) is applied for the use of Fluo colors (partially or totally) for each garment.
An extra fee is also applied if special prints are required on non-sublimation printed items.
These costs will be communicated later on.
Shipping costs will be added to the final price (to be calculated based on weight/volume and destination location).
We work with several courier services to ensure, a fast and high quality service, depending on the area the goods will be shipped to.
After successfully filling out the “Create Uniform” form, your request will be taken over of by one of our graphic designers who will make the visual preview using professional softwares and state-of-the-art tools, based to the details you’ve given.
The average time for making the preview is 3 to 5 days. As soon as it is ready, you will receive a 3D image of your uniform via email.
By responding to the email, you will be able to make changes to your visual preview. The limit is 3 changes (mistakes made by us do not count).
In order to best process the visual preview and avoid any printing problems (grainy, ill-defined images or text) it will be necessary to always provide images, logos and sponsor names, in the highest possible definition.
Executives (vectors) are always the best solution for sending this content.
Yes, you can attach reference images and sketches of yours to the form.
Anything that makes the desired design of your uniform clearer is always welcome.
Yes, for Fluorescent colors (partial or total) you’ll be charged and additional fee of 2,50 € (Excl. VAT) per item.
The available Fluorescent colors are: Fluorescent Yellow, Fluorescent Green, Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Pink.
The technical limitations of printing are as follows:
There is no perfect graphic continuity at the seams/sections of the clothing item (on the side of the shirt or between the bust and sleeve for example).
No copiright protected logos, images or fonts can be reproduced.
Sublimation printing production is subject to thermal, climatic and environmental variations. Please note that in case of re-orders, exact color reproduction from previous productions cannot be guaranteed.
Therefore, it is recommended to order a few more units.
Preview images are for illustrative purposes only. In the actual print, the graphics may vary slightly to fit the item.
The colors included in the preview are 90% reflective of the final print rendering; just keep in mind that there may be slight variations in tonality.

Our products are customized, so they cannot be returned unless they have obvious manufacturing defects.
